Leviathan is a new food and travel series that explores crafting, music, and culinary culture across Ireland.
Created by musician, chef and photojournalist James Gabriel Martin and produced by BYOC Films, it tells the stories of wild food foragers, artisan makers, organic farmers and other creatives who are deeply connected with the country's heritage and traditions.
